Feza Girls Secondary School was established in 2005 at Mikocheni which currently is the Nursery school. Then in 2008 shifted to Kawe in the newly built spacious compound. The official inauguration was done by Her Excellency Hayrunnisa Gul, the then first lady of The Republic of Turkey.
